Gratitude as Revelation
Gratitude does not begin with effort.
It begins with sight.
There is a moment when truth is recognised, not reasoned toward.
A quiet unveiling where the soul sees what has always been present but previously unnoticed.
Gratitude lives in that moment.
It is not summoned.
It is not sustained by discipline.
It arrives when reality is seen clearly.
When life is no longer filtered through threat, lack, or survival, gratitude surfaces naturally.
Not because circumstances changed, but because perception did.
This is why gratitude follows Mental Health Freedom.
When the mind is no longer imprisoned by fear, the soul gains the capacity to see.
And what is seen gives rise to gratitude without force.
This is also why gratitude rests upon Wholeness.
Fragmented perception cannot recognise gift.
Only an integrated soul can register that being alive, being held, and being sustained are already gifts.
Gratitude does not deny pain.
It does not compete with sorrow.
It simply recognises truth alongside it.
And when truth is recognised, something shifts quietly.
The soul relaxes.
Striving loosens.
Worship begins without instruction.
Gratitude is not the work of the soul.
It is the response of the soul when the veil lifts.
This is why gratitude cannot be manufactured.
And why, when it arrives, it carries weight.
Because what has been seen cannot be unseen.
